My clients are often people-pleasers who are stressed out and overwhelmed. They may struggle with guilt, worry, confidence, perfectionism, and feeling that they aren’t enough. They have often experienced a recent family or job changes and are struggling to cope. They want to better manage their emotions, make good decisions, and build healthy habits but they aren’t sure how to begin. Does this resonate with you? I help clients develop the mindfulness to clarify their goals and priorities. Clients focus on coping strategies and self-care skills to move through difficulties more easily. They begin to recognize ingrained patterns and respond more intentionally.
All sessions take place over Zoom or telephone. Sessions are 50 minutes in length.

During our first session, we’ll get to know each other and learn about what brings you to therapy. We’ll create goals for our work and you’ll learn tools for improved coping so that you begin to feel better. As the work progresses, clients often gain insights, solve more problems, and develop healthy, intentional habits.
I have 9 years of experience working with adults in a coaching capacity and 2 years in clinical capacity helping clients with their personal well-being and professional performance. Treatment is mindfulness-based to develop clarity on priorities/issues and build self-awareness. I incorporate positive psychology which is well-being focused rather than pathology-focused. I take a coaching approach: encouraging, nurturing, and action-oriented.
